Our Coaching Staff

Collectively, our coaching staff has more than 20 years' experience coaching and training minor hockey players at the AAA level.

Meet our coaching staff:

Head coach Dale Lee has been coaching rep hockey players since been coaching since 1998. Coach Dale believes in three key attributes that culminate in success:

1. Positive Attitude
2. Strong Work Ethic
3. Total Commitment

Attitude + Work Ethic + Commitment = Success

Assistant Coach David Demarinis brings high energy to the bench where he encourages the D with fervour and arm/hand gesticulation that only the players seem to understand, bewildering (and entertaining) the fans.

Bill McConnell is the team's Trainer/Goalie coach who is always at the ready with an ice pack and first-aid kit.

As a Conditioning Coach Ryan Lee runs the boys through their dryland drills and game warm-up sessions. The more verbal haranguing he gets, the harder he makes them work!

Known as "Boa," General Manager Sean Gillespie lends a hand where ever he's needed; he's an awesome assistant to the coaches and an enthusiastic Raider supporter.

Team Manager Ron Bean patiently listens to everything his wife says then does the opposite.
